The easiest way is to pulverize the seeds and put them in water for approximately one hour. After that, the seeds should be filtered with a coffee filter. The problem with this technique is, that also a lot of substances are consumed which lead to nausea. Depending on the dosage and person, this ranges from low nausea to heavy vomiting.
