How to make a Mushroom Omelet

This mushroom omelet recipe serves 2-3 people, depending on the omelet's size and thickness.
You can of course adjust the quantities, depending on the number of persons. For omelets, it is recommended to use fresh mushrooms instead of dried ones, since their consistency is better to work with. It wil also help you to obtain a better taste.

Ingredients:

-1 medium sized onion
-1 medium sized clove of garlic
-6 eggs
-100 ml of milk
-3 tablespoons of cream
-half a bunch of chives
-2 tablespoons of oil
-salt
-pepper
-magic mushrooms (the amount depends on the number and kind of people eating along.) For each person, you can use the same amount of mushrooms as you would use for other consumption methods.

Preparation Method:

1. First, you have to chop the onion, the garlic cloves and the mushrooms fine.

2. Heat the oil in a wide pan, add the onion and garlic and fry slightly.

3. Meanwhile, stir the eggs and milk and flavor with a little salt and pepper. Pour the liquid into the pan with the chopped garlic and onion and let it fry slowly on medium heat for 10 minutes.

4. Cut the chives into small pieces and stir the cream until it's smooth.

5. Spread some cream on the omelet and add the mushrooms and chives equally.

6. Fold the omelet like a calzone.

7. Enjoy your meal!
